The *DigiCheers* is migrating today! Naturally the template I used wasn't among those they kept for this new service, so I'm going to have to try and get the next best design they have. I guess Tripod finally forced me to make some new design decisions after all my procrastinating about it myself. I only hope the bulk of things will look as good as they did in the old place. We'll find out. Another update, I saved what I wanted from geocities, and now I'll try to upload stuff like the .css form for the ancient message board elsewhere, as well as the background graphic. This is going to get a little complicated, I'd say. Damn Tripod and geocities!

Tripod is still around? I'd be hesitant to move the site to a place in a similar position as geocities if it was me, but whatever works for you. Good to know you managed to get everything saved away though. ^^ Good luck on the migration of the old place.

By the way, the 'what are you doing this summer' on the news fader was a little outdated. Then I realized it would only be flashing one thing constantly, so I disabled it for the time being. Feel free to put it back if you think of more things to add.

Well, Tripod seems in a better position. They just want me to move it from their original site building tools area to a simpler method they're providing. At least they seem to be around for the future, unlike geocities. Thanks for all the tips on free places to use again, Saku, I'll be looking into them quite soon methinks.

Since Tripod migration seems to have made my site into a pile of unusable crap, I'm working on a revamp of imaging and such. We'll see if I can even work within their crappy new free site framework. Otherwise, I may have to make a more permanant migration to some other free service. Just a little heads up. I'm doing image work either way, and I've got a really cool new story book feature in the works that's nearly to completion. Stay tuned for further updates!
