For the month of January, behold a new art contest thing! Best of all, it's totally unsanctioned by the powers that be!

So that I can find my way onto Shawn's list, I am putting out a call for help from anyone with movie making skills. It doesn't have to be good, I just need Joe to be the star of a movie. It could be a 10-second flash, or one of those thingies that DD made with the Juggernaut and the Blob. Whatever. Even one of those clip-art things that have the pages that flip would be fine. If you have a digital camera, maybe make a puppet show with a home-made Joe, and post it on Youtube.

The winner gets to costar with the famous Joe Kido in the next movie, assuming whoever wins decides to make a second movie in which his or her character costars with Joe.

Though I only mod the RP Board, I'm still a Power That Be.

This just in: win a super sweet prize if you win! Seriously! Create a movie, and you have a chance to win a set of Digimon portal cards. Y'know, like the one's the DigiDestined used in the TV show when they went back to the real world. That's right, real cards delivered courtesy of the US postal service. Or, if you live in Canada, then... um, I guess we'll get a Canadian Mounty to drop them off.

I'm actually working on a Joe Kido costume. So far, I have the glasses, which need to be cut, and I have the shorts. Now all I need is... everything else, including blue hair.

Fear not, I've begun the Joe Kido's Misadventures sequel! Soon, you'll have 1960s style Marvel Cartoon animation to uh..marvel at. If it's even that good. But I'm trying to make a story for it in my Microsoft Movie Maker program, so it'll have primitive sound, music, and effects!
